GeeCoolThe 12900T is the low-power version of the 12900: 16 cores and 24 threads (8P+8E), 35W base with turbo up to around 106W, mostly found in branded small-form-factor PCs and all-in-ones.
Its party trick is keeping nearly all of the 12900's specs — 8 P-cores and up to 4.9GHz dual-core boost are intact, so day-to-day it feels close to the full chip. The cost is the power cap on sustained all-core work: office, multitasking, and moderate compiling are all fine; hours-long renders and encodes should be judged by low-power expectations.
