Welcome to GeeCool (the "Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Platform. By registering, signing in, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our related policies (including the Privacy Policy) as updated from time to time. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.

The Platform provides DIY hardware community features, hardware library browsing, spec comparisons, build note sharing, search, and related tools. We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue certain features as needed and will notify users when reasonably possible.

You may need to register or sign in via Google, WeChat, email, or other methods. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access due to your own actions. Contact us promptly if you notice suspicious activity.

You are solely responsible for content you publish (including notes, comments, and feedback). You must not post or distribute content that:

• Violates laws or public order and good customs; • Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; • Contains false or misleading hardware information or malicious defamation; • Includes spam, malicious links, malware, or content that harms Platform security; • Is otherwise reasonably deemed inappropriate by us.

We may remove violating content, restrict visibility, or suspend accounts without prior notice.

The Platform's UI, logos, software, documentation, and our original content are owned by us or respective rights holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them commercially without authorization.

You retain rights to your original content, and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it to operate the Platform.

Hardware specs, comparison results, scores, and recommendations are for reference only and may contain errors due to data sources, update delays, or test conditions. We make no express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You should make independent judgments based on your needs. Purchase or build decisions based on Platform information are at your own risk.

The Platform may include third-party sign-in, links, or redirects to external sites. Third-party services are provided by their respective operators. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure service.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. If you violate these Terms or related rules, we may suspend or terminate your account and access, and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may notify you via in-app notices or other appropriate means. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction where the Platform operator is located.
