GeeCoolCore Ultra 5 225 uses LGA1851 with Intel 800-series chipsets such as H810, B860, and Z890. The desktop memory platform is DDR5, so an LGA1700 DDR4 board is not compatible. Check the board CPU-support list and BIOS first, then trade off GPU, M.2, USB, networking, and expansion needs.
The 225 is in a roughly 65 W base and 121 W maximum-turbo power class, so B860 with moderate VRM is enough for normal gaming; sustained compiling or rendering calls for full VRM heatsinks and a board that can hold its long-term power target. Z890 is worth the premium only for stronger memory tuning, expansion lanes, or platform overclocking options.
