How many cores and threads does Core Ultra 5 134U have, and is it suitable for gaming and video editing in a laptop?

12 cores and 14 threads — enough for office work, multitasking, and light creation. For heavy edits, builds, or renders, memory capacity, sustained plugged-in power in performance mode, and two-fan cooling matter more than the core numbers.

The U series trades battery life for sustained performance. Don't expect a thin chassis to hold high clocks under long full load — that's a trade-off, not a defect.
