GeeCoolFor gaming, a high-end dual-tower air cooler is enough; sustained CPU rendering, unlocked power, or restricted case airflow calls for a larger dual tower or 240/280-class AIO, with VRM and case intake/exhaust handled together.
The X3D suffix doesn't set the cooler class. Size for sustained power, noise goals, and case compatibility — temperature and measured power aren't numbers you can “compute” from a spec sheet.
